As my then line manager she ensured an environment that enabled staff to achieve their full potential and supported their personal development - all within a clear performance management setting to ensure that we were meeting the identified objectives. Pauline ensured high quality supervision, and is a dynamic supervisor who adheres to the principles, ethos and values of social work practice, diversity, and safeguarding procedures in order to deliver the best outcomes for children and young people. Pauline has good leadership skills and is a competent practitioner and manager who is committed to quality outcomes for social work service users.
